*Authority of the March Board of Review:  Current Year Assessment Appeals, Timely and Late Filed Small Business Taxpayer Exemptions, Denial of a Timely or Late Filed EMPP Exemptions, Property Classification Appeals, Appeal of a Denial by the Assessor of Qualified Ag Exemption, Taxable Value Corrections, Disabled Veteran Exemptions, Poverty Exemptions, Land Assessment of New IFT Property.  NOTE:  Principal Residence Exemption Appeals CANNOT be considered.

Supporting Documentation.  NOTICE: FOR ALL APPEALS: Written Appeals: Petition Form #618/L-4035 and all supporting documentation MUST be received in our offices on or before Friday, March 10, 2023, by 4:00 pm.  If you have an in-person appointment you are welcome to submit your supporting documentation at the time of your appointment, but a brief summary of your appeal must be documented prior to your arrival on Petition Form #618/L-4035.  Petition forms can be found at under Departments, Assessor, “Forms” section.
