Waste Management will no longer pick up recycle in the 18 gallon square bins. Starting the week of March 14, 2022, you must have a Waste Manangement recycle toter (green toter-yellow lid) If you do not have a recycle toter, please contact Monitor Township office at 989.684.7203 ext 0.
Along with this change, Waste Management will only pick up the waste toter and recycle toter, no additional trash bags as they have in the past.
You may place one large item (ex: couch, table, chair) at the road weekly. Your item should be placed at the road the evening before your normal pick up day. You do not have to call Monitor Township or Waste Management for this service. Your item will be tagged and pick up within a few days after your normal trash day.
Yard waste pick up starts the week of April 4, 2022.
