IN THE VETERANS CONFERENCE ROOM, FIRST FLOOR OF THE BAY COUNTY BUILDING, 515 CENTER AVENUE, BAY CITY, MICHIGAN.
THE PURPOSE OF THESE SESSIONS WILL BE TO OUTLINE THE REDISTRICTING PROCESS FROM POPULATION FIGURES RELEASED BY THE U.S. CENSUS.

The County of Bay will provide necessary and reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as

Madison Avenue and Center Avenue entrances to the Bay County Building are locked from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. (Closed Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.) After hours, access for meetings is available only through the barrier-free Fifth Street access door (at rear of the Building) which has adjacent parking. An elevator is available to reach meeting rooms on any floor.
